and signing her new book, The Politics of Human Rights Protection: Moving Intervention Upstream with Impact Assessment,
at the Peace Resource Center, 1364 Fremont Blvd., Seaside.
Jan Black is Professor in the Graduate School of International Policy and Management at Monterey Institute of International Studies.
