Event Description: Friday, March 19, 6:30 pm, A Canadian documentary, Suzuki Speaks, will be screened at the Community Church, 4590 Carmel Valley Road (just past the Middle School). Doors open at 6. Open to the public; no admission charge. Dr. David Suzuki, a renowned Canadian environmentalist scientist and visionary believes that the environment is not “out there” for us to interact with, rather “we are the environment, because we are the Earth.” He delivers his message about the meaning of being human in an interconnected universe in a context of stunning motion graphics, which create new ways of seeing.
