Jan Black Book-Signing/1st Sunday Potluck: Time: 1:00 pm; Event Description: Professor Jan Knippers Black speaking on Teaching Human Rights to Empire: The Learning Disability Challenge; Chile’s Incomplete Transition, the Challenge for Indigenous, and signing her new book, The Politics of Human Rights Protection: Moving Intervention Upstream with Impact Assessment. Jan Black is Professor in the Graduate School of International Policy and Management at Monterey Institute of International Studies.
