Jan Black Book-Signing/1st Sunday Potluck

Event Description: Professor Jan Knippers Black speaking on Teaching Human Rights to Empire: The Learning Disability Challenge; Chile’s Incomplete Transition, the Challenge for Indigenous, and signing her new book, The Politics of Human Rights Protection: Moving Intervention Upstream with Impact Assessment. Jan Black is Professor in the Graduate School of International Policy and Management at Monterey Institute of International Studies.
Proceeds of book sales will benefit the Peace Resource Center. Bring your checkbook! (Sales are by check or cash. Sorry, no credit cards.)
Potluck begins at One, Talk at about 1:45 pm
For the potluck, bring a dish to share and your own tableware. (We are following ecological good practices.) You can join the potluck and/or the talk even if you bring nothing. You are welcome!
